Training: Deadlifts: 5×3 WOD: Against a 12:00 minute clock perform the following: Run 800 meters AMRAP with remaining time: 8 KB Swings (53/35lbs) 2 Burpees * add 2 Burpees every round (Rd 2-4 Burpees, Rd 3 – 6 Burpees, etc.)
