Complete for time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds of:
Deadlift (275/165lbs)
Perform the following after each round:
10 Push ups
10 Ball Slams (40/20lbs)

      For what its worth… I’ve been tknaig 15-20 capsules of fish oil a day for quite some time.Take it with meals, so no taste problems. I also eat based on the Zone (not perfectly but close) and take a recovery drink after each workout. My first choice is progenex but I think there is huge benefit to getting something/anything into your system immediately after a workout. This trio (zone, lots o fish oil, and recovery drink) seem to have made a big difference in my capacity. When I eat poorly, forget my oils, or don’t eat/drink after a WOD I inevitably feel very sluggish for a couple of days….so go forth and fish oil…do it for the ta tas.
