    Just Oly focus for me again today. Hoping to fit a met-con in tomorrow along with more Oly work. Trying to see if I can be ready for the 607 Open or not. Today…

    Warmup with Burgener, C&J complex, Box Jumps, Pull Ups

    Then:
    5×1 Clean & Jerk up to 90%

    5×1 Back Squat @ 90% across
