12 Days…performed just like the song 12 days of Christmas.  Do  1 OHS.  Then 2 hspu, 100m row.  Then 3 box jumps, 2 hspu, 100m row….all the way to 12, 11, 10,….2, 1.
Classes won’t run over so get after it!

A.  12 Days

1 OHS 135/95
2 HSPU
3 Box Jumps
4 C&J 135/95# (will use same bar for all bb movements)
5 Burpees
6 Toes to Bar
7 Walking Lunges
8 KB Swings
9 Hang Power Clean 135/95#
10 Double-unders
11 Front Squats 135/95#
12 Pull-ups
