    Started with Front Squat Program – Week 6. Then Fran…3:48! A 50 second PR! My hips are so burnt it feels like my legs are going to fall off.

    Some of this is knowing that the time domain should be short so mentally I am ready to push to keep it short. With workouts I have never done, it is hard to know the time domain and how hard to push sometimes. I don’t drop the bar on the thrusters and have pushed to come off the bar fewer times on the pullups. I am sure you have heard of fire breathers in crossfit, now I know what they mean. When I finish fran, i am in rare form.
