4 x 7 each side seated KB Alternating Z Press
Explanation: Sit on floor, feet flat out in front.
Have two KBs in front rack.
Press one KB OH and lower.
Alternate each side each rep.

Conditioning
5 sets of:

9 C2B
6 Bar Facing Burpees
3 Cleans (155/105)

Rest 1:00 between sets
