2) 2 sets of:
10 Scapula Contractions on bar
20 Walking Lunges

BBG
12:00 to work to a heavy clean

Strength/Skill
5:00 to work on pull up practice.
If movement looks/feels good do a 5:00 EMOM of
4 Pull ups + 4 C2B

Conditioning
4 rounds for time of:

6 Burpee Muscle Ups
50 Double unders
4 Wall Walks
