    Warmed up with 30 ring rows with a 20# vest for time and then 20 Thrusters at 105# for time.

    WOD: 13:51 with 55# dumbell. Did unanchored situps. Good WOD but the set of 50 Lunges killed me. I think I did the last two rounds in the same amount of time it took me to do the first round! Finished with some light snatch work for technique.

    Trying to follow the WODs in Afghanistan. This was a tough one. 50lb, 17:45 at 4am.

      Shane, keep posting and thanks for your service! I am an early riser as well. I follow from Corning, not quite as far away as you, but start my workouts at 4:30 am. How long have you been Crossfitting?
